We now manage the annual Pensioner Free Travel entitlements on behalf of Centrelink and the Department of Veteran's Affairs (DVA).
Because travel should be easy and accessible, we’re pleased to be able to offer West Australian pensioners two free trips every year. Your Free Travel entitlement can be redeemed for two single journeys or a single return journey on any Transwa service.
If you wish to take advantage of your Free Travel entitlements, please contact our team via email, phone or in person through one of our Booking Centres or Accredited Agents. If you have registered you can also book online. For multi-leg bookings using your Free Travel entitliment you will not be able to book online, please contact us directly to make a booking.
As a thank you for your service, registered DVA Pensioner Concession cardholders are eligible to receive two single trips or one return trip on any Transwa service each calendar year. Holders of a DVA issued Gold card are eligible to four single or two return trips.
