Transwa passenger's happy with service
Between May and June 2019 an annual passenger satisfaction survey was conducted across the five individual Transwa services, with a total of 1,194 passengers surveyed.
Transwa's road coach and train services recorded high satisfaction ratings, with nine in 10 happy with our services. The overall satisfaction across the five services ranged between 89% - 96% with 70% of passengers indicating satisfaction with the cost of fares.
