Bookings are essential for travel on all Transwa services. Bookings are available up to three months (90 days) prior to travel and can be made via the Transwa website, Contact Centre or accredited Booking Office.

Online Travel Planner and Journey Planner
Use the Transwa Journey Planner to plan and/or book your travel on Transwa rail and road services. The Journey Planner is a secure system that can be used to book and obtain a Transwa ticket by using your credit card. The following conditions apply:
The Journey Planner service is available for full paying adults and accompanying children/infants, and Senior, Veteran and Student SmartRider holders.
